Medical Coverage
We have three major types of medical networks, which serve different member populations based on their coverage. As a provider, you may participate in several of our networks or only one.
Pharmacy Coverage
Information to help you advise patients about covered prescriptions, including drug lists and request forms.
Dental Coverage
Dental care is part of the head-to-toe coverage available for our members. We offer resources to support your practice in serving patients covered by our dental plan.

BlueCard®
The BlueCard Program allows you to submit claims for members of BlueCross BlueShield Plans outside of Tennessee to us for processing and reimbursement. It links network providers and Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans across the country and around the world.
If your patients are members of another Blue plan, please read the front and back of their ID card for plan details. Some health plans may have customized ID cards that differ slightly from our cards. Look for the suitcase logo on the ID card to identify the members’ BlueCard. You’ll be reimbursed for covered services based on your contract with us.
